About Me

Elliot
I love being out, and with people, and I love discussing the Great Issues. --I have a thing for historic architecture. No, let me be more precise: I'm a brick snob, and a card-carrying brick-hugger. No cheap orange or cinder brick or vinyl siding crap for me. And I rarely pass through a neighborhood without looking for how to improve it (even if it means moving a 15 story building 10 feet to the left). I'm also a progressive liberal. I support social welfare, but I expect programs to work (I've seen, and been involved in, too many that did not). And there aren't nearly enough trains in this country. You should also know that I am generally relaxed and well-adjusted. And I do tell puns (but don't tell anyone!). I want to meet any and everyone. Especially those who grab every last ounce of value out of life. Life is too short to not give a damn. What do you stand for? Are you on a mission in life, or just taking up space and air?
